The Slow Food Hudson Valley Convivium, an all-volunteer,
not-for-profit group, was
officially recognized by Slow
Food USA in June 2002. Members come from throughout the region and
share a common interest in food, culture, and the beauty of the Hudson
Valley in New York state. We meet quarterly and sponsor (and cosponsor) events that
advance the convivium's mission. Archive
