Wild Hudson Valley:
A Spring Benefit for Slow Food Hudson Valley

  • Liberty Farm 114 Ostrander Road Ghent, NY, 12075 United States (map)

Slow Food Hudson Valley celebrates the return of wild, foraged foods—when Terra Madre comes alive in spring. Hudson Valley chefs will prepare Roman-inspired dishes featuring wild mushrooms, ramps, nettles, fiddlehead ferns, and fresh herbs, alongside pasta made with pasture-raised eggs, sourdough from regional grains, locally raised pork and lamb, and early spring cheeses from Hudson Valley dairies.

Live music, generous plates, cold beer, wine, and non-alcoholic pours, plus a thoughtfully curated silent auction, fill the afternoon. We are honored to recognize Kathleen Finlay for her leadership and lasting impact through her work at Glynwood.

Save the date, spring is calling. Good, clean, and fair—grown, foraged, and brought to the table in the Hudson Valley.
