Spend an afternoon learning about bees, beekeeping, and Hudson Valley honey at the Kinderhook Memorial Library on Sunday, February 22, with Slow Food Hudson Valley.
In collaboration with Bee Hollow Farm—a family-owned, sustainably run apiary in the Hudson Valley—we’ll sit down with Certified Master Beekeeper Paul MacPhail, sample a range of local honeys, and take time to learn, ask questions, and explore our shared curiosity.
Event details: Kinderhook Memorial Library, 18 Hudson Street, Kinderhook, NY 12106 | Sunday, February 22 | 2–5 PM. Join the conversation!
RSVP with a suggested donation of $15 for SFHV members and $20 for non-SFHV members.
