Our 2026 Spring Fundraiser is an invitation to gather around the table, to taste the Hudson Valley’s edible landscape, and to remember that food is never just food. It is culture. It is ecology. It is justice. We invite you to partner with us at Slow Food Hudson Valley to celebrate a sense of place, protect tradition, and nourish a food system that is good, clean, and fair—for all. 

We connect our residents to local food resources that are good for the body, clean for the earth, and fair to those who grow and prepare our food. Proceeds from this event support initiatives addressing food insecurity, school gardens, and community education, strengthening a regional food system grounded in pleasure, equity, and place.
