Join Slow Food Hudson Valley for a celebration of garlic harvest season at Rigor Hill Farm.
Walk the farm, learn from the farmers, harvest garlic from the field, and gather around a midsummer supper inspired by the season. Enjoy fresh garlic rubbed on grilled bread with single-estate extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes dressed with basil and garlic vinaigrette, seasonal vegetables harvested at their peak, local meats, garden greens, and a simple dessert celebrating the harvest.
Set among the rolling fields and open skies of Rigor Hill Farm, this is an opportunity to connect more deeply with the land, the harvest, and the people who make good food possible.
All proceeds support Slow Food Hudson Valley's work to strengthen our regional food system through support for local farmers, school gardens, and emergency food programs.
Reserve your place at the table.
